Minors' Attendance
SCA events are open to people of all ages, and all SCA policies regarding minors' attendance are in effect.
This event is intended for mid-level artisans to learn intermediate level techniques. As such, there are no children/youth activities planned. Please contact the Stewards to discuss the details of your minor's participation.
Event Policy on Day Tripping
This event is a retreat, intended as an intensive weekend-long experience. Day tripping is discouraged so attendees do not miss out on the supplementary activities. A Day-tripping arrangement can be made with the Event Stewards in advance of registration.
There will be no discount for Day Trip registration.
SCA Anti-harassment Policy
THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.
Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions.
If you are subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
Event Policy on Accommodation and Accessibility
Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your accessibility needs. Please note, as this is a reconstruction of an 1860’s community, washrooms are only available on the main floor in one building and in the basements of the other two. To assist us in addressing any dietary restrictions or sleeping needs please fill out the registration form. If you have any other concerns please communicate with the event stewards and we will be happy to assist.
